Närheten till tågstationen och nära till centrum. Extremt tunna väggar, väldigt lyhört, samt kändes det som våra grannar var på väg in på vårt rum hela tiden, pga att dörren och väggarna skakade. Det såg även ut att vara mögel i taket på toaletten. Duchen ej för långa människor.Dessutom hade de inga singelsängar kvar när vi kom för att checka in kl.13.30, så vi fick dela både säng och täcke. Detta med tanke på att vi hade bokat hotellet i våras. |

Det var väldigt bra frukostbuffet. (Tyvärr så skilde det i produkter och service mellan helgen och under den vanliga veckan.) Det var också bra att man kunde använda gratis Internet i foajen. En av den kvinnliga personalen i receptionen var inte speciellt service minded. |

Trevlig personal, helt ok rum till rimligt pris, god och riklig frukostbuffé. Läget vid centralstationen var perfekt för en tågresenär på genomresa. Ganska lyhört (den äldre delen av hotellet) |

Having stayed at this hotel 3 years ago we were aware it is a budget hotel,however the Hotel was not as comfortable or clean as last time and now reuires a bit of a facelift.It's good points are it's location and closeness to the Central station, and we found a nice restaurant(The Hulstkamp)and a good Irish bar(Kelly's)and it's bad points are the lack of facilities,closeness to some dodgy areas. Lack of facilities,closeness to red light district,noise levels and the lack of security. |

the hotel has a fantastic location, it was quiet despite being next to the train station. The hotel was also surrounded by reasonibly priced resturants and quick fast food places. The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly and the shopping is just on your doorstep! the breakfast was good too! The only criticism I have is that it the rooms could do with a refurb, but they are very comfortable and have plenty of wardrobe space. |

In the centre of the City, bars and resturants, train station all within walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selections. |

The Location of the Hotel. It's perfect as so close to the train station as you can walk to all the places of interest e.g. Reubens House. The room was very hot and the aircon did not work. |

Hotel staff were v.helpful. Very handy location to the main areas and the station. Facilities of the hotel were v.poor: Bad breakfast area which was too small & therefore couldn't seat all the guests. Room was in need of a lot of maintenance & bathroom was not cleaned very well. |

Good location, very close to the train station. Breakfast was quite good. There's a computer with free internet connection. It doesn't look like a 3 star hotel: facilities are very old, the bathroom doesn't have ventilation and we never got our towels changed, they just took the used ones and didn't bring new ones. |

The price, breakfast was OK too, the staff were nice, location next to the central station A chair in the room was broken, a lot of noise from early in the morning from a construction site nearby, a general feeling of neglect in this old hotel |
