Although the hotel has been decorated in a modern and colourful design style, the unique character and charm have been kept.

The Floris Hotels chain presents, with pride, the Floris Hotel Avenue, a 4-star boutique hotel, opened in 2002 and recently becoming a member of the Floris Hotels chain. Its 47 spacious rooms are equipped with the most recent technological gadgets and all have a plenty of natural light. Thanks to its location in the heart of Brussels, at 10 walking minutes from the Grote Markt place and the Zuidstation, the terminal station of the Thalys and the Eurostar, this hotel will be a favourite destination for both your holidays and your business trips.

The Floris Avenue has a selection of stylishly furnished design rooms. All rooms are equipped with standard facilities including data port, smoke detector and sprinklers.

There are 2 different room types: double rooms with a king-size bed and double rooms with twin (2 single) beds. The hotel offers floors with smoking and non-smoking rooms.

An upgrade to an executive room is possible on request.

Hotel Floris Avenue is situated on Avenue de Stalingrad, a mere stone's throw from the world-famous restaurant "Comme Chez Soi". The hotel is located half-way between the historic centre ( Grand Place ) and the South train station ( terminal Thalys and Eurostar ).

The location is perfect, the room was big and cosy. The breakfast was very good as well

The fact that you have to leave at 11 am, but the personnel is flexible

Newly decorated. Air conditioned/heated. Staff helpful. Breakfast choices good and quality of food excellent. Dining room comfortable and attractive. Staff helpful in booking tours. Good luggage storage facilities. Clearly an improved hotel and much better than some of the adverse reviews which I suggest are out dated

There was a problem with safes in both of the rooms I used. They undertook to examine the problem.

I ordered an´ "executive suite" they gave me a room with a single bed and window who doesn’t open and a shower where the sealing is not high enough to stand. They claimed all their rooms are the same. After I said I will not stay in the room they have delivered a better room which means they weren’t telling the truth – not a suite but much better. bad location. not 4 stras for sure

The Floris Hotel Avenue was in an excellent location for us, walking distance from the Eurostar arrival (midi) station and easy walking into the center of Brussels, Grand Place, restaurants ect. Room was large, clean and comfortable and breakfast was an extensive buffet each morning. Very enjoyable stay.
