It was close to the main area of the city, though i wouldnt stay there again as the Radisson is much much nicer! The rooms were not that nice in my eyes perhaps a little old fashioned but thats just me, nothing really wrong with it. |

The room was quiet, but looked rather tired. The room smelt of smoke (although non smoking) and bad drainage. We were very concerned about the safety arrangements in the dining room in the event of a fire as fire exits were obstructed from both sides. We raised the matter with reception staff but have had no response, although they did offer us a bottle of wine as compensation!! |

The central heating was not functioning in my room, the room was cold - very strange for a four star hotel (it was on the 14th December). When I complained, the personell brought me an electric heater which made big noise so I could not use it during the night... |
