Cool inrednining. Det mesta - otryggt eftersom det inte gick att låsa rummen inifrån, ingen information på rummet om hotellet, en tom minibar, frukosten var väldigt snåt, ofräsch toalett, lyhört!, dåligt läge. |

Juste design! Trevlig frukost och tillgång till datorer vid de mysiga frukostpåsen. Trevlig foajé TV apparaten fungerade inte. Ganska lyhört med dörrslammer och hissjud etc pga av att rumsdörrarna är för tunna. Asaknad av papperskorgar. |

Hotellet ligger bra till Det fanns inte vattenglas på rummet, det gick inte att få te/kaffe i hotell"baren", rumsdörren var tunn och gav ett intryck av att vara temporär. Ingen utmärkning av nödutgång. Det kändes som om allt krut lagts på den tjusiga hotellobbyn. |

very little the heat was not good - the breakfast was stingy - the bed lamps, though attractive, were poorly arranged - you had to get out of bed to turn them on and off |

The rooms tend to be large and spacious Rather cold the night I stayed, but it was an exceptionally cold night, so just think I was unlucky |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Decor was interesting and innovative and fresh. Room was on 10th floor which meant lugging my baggage up a flight of stone stairs for the last floor, and was rather small (I understand from other guests that other rooms are much larger) though I might have appreciated the penthouse terrace if it were summer. Bathroom was a little cramped with a very small shower. Breakfast was limited for a hotel of 4 star standard. |

It was in Brussels and near to where I needed to be. Perhaps "The Slightly Off White Hotel" would be more apt. Bed sheets, slightly worn, hairs on bed sheets (not mine) Room smelt of old smoke. Final insult, I never had running water in my room during my stay so could not shower, and struggled to even brush my teeth!!!! Not acceptalbe. I was given 25 euro discount. On the 10th floor, lift only to the 9th. They need to do a lot of work!!! |

unique design Not easy to use facilities in room. There were books chained to the table. The phone did not reach the table (no way to make a call at the desk). No fridge in room. |

The design and the breakfast. At the 10th floor the elevator engine is very noisy. It is not so close to the city center. |
