I like the hotel location, it's really nearly the North Station and downtown. The front desk staff were not very friendly, no greeting language, not even a hello or good morning. And they do not clean your room in time when you needed. Even when I put those "please clean my room" sign at the door, the sign disappeared or fell on the floor when I come back to the room, and the room is not yet cleaned. |

Very good breakfast Took the reception staff 25 minutes to find us a room! Everyone else booking in at that time were allocated a room within 5 minutes. We complained and asked to speak to the manager who found us a room within 2 minutes- worse room in hotel, next to lift shaft, looked into well of hotel and very poor soundproofing. Building site across from hotel. |
