Fantastic location, delightful rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Best price of any 4star for the level of service, quality rooms, and location. Will definately stay there again in Brugges.

The hotel is pretty old, and does not look like a 4-star hotel at all. No lift. But anyway the hotel stuff is very friendly.

Beautiful traditional building, refurbished room, upgraded

Only a hand held shower in bath and the towels were small,old, grey instead of white and very thin

Great location. Charming building. Nice view. Curteous staff.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. The pipes made a loud noise about 2 minutes after the toilet was flushed. It was stuffy in the room and we liked to have the windows opened...and got several mosquito bites each..in September! Breakfast was very disappointing.

The hotel was very cute and the location was about 5 min walk to the main square. Nice to be away from all that noise. Substantial breakfast as well.

We did not have a mini bar/hairdryer in the room. Yet other rooms did. Walls very thin. Could hear everything next door. Front desk was nice but didn't offer much info on arrival. Chose this hotel because parking was inexpensive but not available after booking. Was a little expensive for what you got.

Everything, it was lovely. The staff were excellent, our room was beautiiful; breakfast could not fault. Overall an excellent hotel in a lovely location and would recommend to anyone.
